Tim Curran is the CEO of Building Engines, the premier cloud-based building operations platform powering modern CRE. Tim has been in software for 30 years, spanning development, implementation, marketing, sales and as CEO of three other VC/PE-backed start-ups including Vela Systems, a construction management software company acquired by Autodesk. He also serves on the board of several tech companies including Smartvid.io and Repsly, is an active angel/seed investor and LP in tech VC funds, and a volunteer in YearUp.
