Tech-driven real estate brokerage Houwzer raised a $9.5 million Series A funding round as the 75-person company plans to double its headcount and expand to both the Baltimore and Orlando markets within the next year. The funding, led by Princeton-based Edison Partners, brings Houwzer’s total backing to $17 million. Previous investors, including Ira Lubert and NBA Hall of Famer David Robinson’s Admiral Capital Group, also joined in the round.
