I caught up with my “old” friend Duke the other day to do what we always do when we get together…talk tech, talk life and drop a lot of F bombs:)
I really respect Duke’s knowledge of tech and as one of the earliest guys in the space, I gain a lot of insights as to how he sees the marketplace. We covered a lot of ground and unfortunately the word “frothy” came up a lot as it relates to the CRE tech space. Duke has his eyes on blockchain, driverless
cars, VR, AI and a lot of other really groundbreaking technologies. I also got caught up on what Duke is doing on his own Content Marketing strategies and he was kind enough to include me in one of his recent podcasts which was a lot of fun. Never a dull moment with my man Duke!
