Connect Retail West is just around the corner on January 25th at the Hurley Surf Club Pacific City in Huntington Beach, CA. There's still time to join us. Here’s where to get more information and register. Apple is reportedly leasing 128,000 square feet of space at Lincoln Property Co.’s 8777 Washington Boulevard in Culver City. The deal with the Cupertino, CA-based tech company comes after HBO backed out of a planned move into the space. The four-story complex is being developed by Dallas-based Lincoln Property and New York-based Clarion Partners on a site at Washington and National boulevards that formerly housed the Surfas Culinary District cooking supplies facility. The project will include office space, as well as 4,500 square feet of ground-level retail. Culver City mayor pro tem Thomas Small told Variety, “We were very excited about HBO. If anything, we’re more excited about Apple.” For comments, questions or concerns, please contact Dennis Kaiser Tags: Lease, Office, Retail
