CREtech New York Announces Patrick Lynch, Executive Managing Director and Global Advisory Leadership, CBRE, as Main Stage Speaker

Speaker Announcement (11)

New York, NY — April 7, 2026 — CREtech New York, the largest real estate AI and innovation conference and the flagship event of NYC Real Estate Week, has announced Patrick Lynch, Executive Managing Director and Global Advisory Leadership, CBRE, as a featured Main Stage speaker for its 2026 edition at the Javits Center taking place October 20–21, 2026.

Pat Lynch has spent his career at the center of one of real estate's most consequential transformations. As Executive Managing Director of Advisory and Transaction for CBRE's Data Center Solutions Group, he oversees the firm's global data center advisory and transaction practices across the Americas, APAC, and Europe, working with some of the most influential names in digital infrastructure, including Equinix, Digital Realty, NVIDIA, and Kyndryl, among others. Before joining CBRE in 2011, Lynch led global real estate services for major technology companies including Level 3 Communications, Carlyle Group/CoreSite, and First Data Corporation. That rare combination of occupier experience and advisory expertise gives him a 360-degree view of the data center market that few can match.

Session Details:

  • Title: The State of the Data Center Marketplace
  • Date: October 21, 2026 at 9:10 AM
  • Location: Main Stage at CREtech New York

The data center sector sits at the epicenter of the AI revolution and this session will cut through the noise to deliver a ground-level view of where the market actually stands. From surging power demand and constrained supply to the evolving needs of hyperscalers and the infrastructure required to keep pace, the conversation will explore what's driving investment, what's creating bottlenecks, and what the next wave of development looks like for one of real estate's most consequential asset classes.

His session will be a key part of CREtech New York's deep focus on the data center economy — one of the conference's most anticipated programming tracks — which will explore the full spectrum of challenges and opportunities defining this asset class, including:

  • Power demand, grid constraints, and energy infrastructure
  • Hyperscaler and colocation market dynamics
  • Capital flows and investment strategy in critical environments
  • Development pipelines and site selection
  • Operational excellence and facilities management at scale
  • Sustainability and cooling innovation
  • The intersection of AI growth and data center supply

CREtech New York brings together thousands of C-suite executives, investors, developers, brokers, occupiers, and technology leaders for two days of forward-looking content and the largest meetings program in real estate. The event's structured, high-value meetings program is designed to connect decision-makers with solution providers in curated, ROI-driven conversations that move business forward.

Patrick Lynch's global market perspective is just one of many high-impact sessions across the two days, alongside curated networking, dealmaking opportunities, and strategic meetings designed to ensure every hour at CREtech delivers tangible value.
