A partnership of Alliance Residential Co., Dwelo, Nest and Google has launched its Alliance SmartHome technology pack designed to improve connectivity and operational efficiencies, while also reducing costs. More than 25,000 luxury apartments across the U.S. will benefit from this project. The Alliance SmartHome package will include the following:

• the Nest Learning Thermostat
• Google Home Mini with built-in Google Assistant
• smart locks
• light switches
• wall outlets
• digital home access
• voice-enabled control
