Convene confirms two new Chicago locations

Meeting space and co-working provider Convene today announced a pair of leases with Chicago developer Sterling Bay totaling 185,000 square feet, doubling the New York-based firm's footprint in Chicago.

Convene today confirmed deals Crain's reported last month at 333 N. Green St. in the Fulton Market District and 311 W. Monroe St. in the West Loop. Convene will "manage building amenities, meeting and workplace experience and technology" at both properties, which will be its third and fourth locations in Chicago.
