Dallas tech firm focused on real estate moving HQ to Preston Center to be 'close to our clients'

A startup focused on commercial real estate that weathered the challenges of COVID-19 is putting some roots down at Preston Center where it can be closer to customers. Dottid, a cloud-enabled technology platform for asset management and leasing transactions, has taken a lease for about 5,500 square feet, at least twice the space of its previous headquarters in Dallas, CEO Kyle Waldrep said in an interview.
