Eastern’s Adelaide Polsinelli to Launch Investment Sales Division at Compass

Investment sales broker Adelaide Polsinelli, a senior managing director at Eastern Consolidated, has found a new home at six-year-old residential brokerage, Compass, Commercial Observer has learned.

Polsinelli and Eastern’s Ronda Rogovin, both principals at Eastern and now Compass, are launching Compass’ investment sales division. As of yesterday, the team—which includes Eastern’s Mitchell Goldstick and Trystan Polsinelli, Polsinelli’s son—has started at Compass’ headquarters at 10 East 53rd Street off Fifth Avenue
