Knotel pens 100,000 s/f more in leases

Knotel announced that signed another five office transactions totaling 99,486 s/fK in New York City.
The new transactions follow closely on the heels of last week’s announcement of four new office leases totaling approximately 80,000 s/f locally.
Knotel’s New York City portfolio now totals over two million s/f, with most properties in Midtown South and Lower Manhattan.
In the largest transaction, Knotel has signed a 37,868 s/f lease at OTB’s 220 West 19th Street in Chelsea. The new space encompasses floors 3 through 5 and the 9th floor of the property. Elie Reiss of Skylight Leasing represented Knotel in the transaction, while the landlord was represented by PD Properties LLC.
