Knotel Signs Another Manhattan Lease

GFP Real Estate has signed an 11,940-square-foot lease with Knotel at its 80 8^th Ave. in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Shortly after opening a Lower Manhattan location, the flexible office space operator agreed to occupy space on the building’s fifth floor through October 2023, Yardi Matrix data shows.
