Leko eyes international rollout with first C-suite hire

The Luxembourg-based construction tech company, which uses naturally reinforced timber to create sustainable buildings, has hired ex-BlackBerry and Tesla executive Margareta Sailer as chief people officer. Originally from Austria, Sailer has spent a major part of her career in the UK. She has gained experience with the pace of rapidly growing startups since 2006, when she helped scale BlackBerry during its hyper growth across Europe.
