Now at one of the world's leading VC’s, Rich and I spoke at length about the current state of the CRE Tech market, which companies he thinks have big potential and his own investment criteria/thesis for deals. When you are meeting with perhaps the top investor in this space at the offices of one of the VC’s in THE heart of tech land, it’s a pretty cool experience. If you don’t know Rich, he is a must person to connect with in this space. And again, like so many people I have the pleasure of meeting, just a nice, humble guy with a great talent for listening (which is pretty rare these days).
