NEW YORK CITY—Colliers International Group has created a new division, Colliers Project Leaders | USA. It consolidates services of project management, development management, planning, advisory, commissioning and energy practices into one service group covering the US, aligning with its work in Canada.

The new platform will better enable the commercial real estate services and investment management firm to assemble the right teams with expertise, market knowledge and connections to provide better client services says Gil Borok, COO, U.S. Operations at Colliers.
