When Amazon comes to town, don’t expect development to stop at one or two office towers.
Matt Kelly runs JBG Smith, the developer behind Amazon.com’s second headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, dubbed "HQ2." The tech giant’s expansion has sent the area’s real estate growth to levels that would have been impossible otherwise, he said today at "The Amazon Opportunity," a virtual event hosted by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
