Eric Hasserjian Departs CBRE for NAI Capital

Los Angeles-based NAI Capital expanded its leadership team with the addition of Eric Hasserjian, who joins the firm as President and CEO of NAI Capital Management. He brings three decades of multidiscipline commercial real estate industry experience, including most recently serving as Managing Director of Asset Services for CBRE, Inc., where he was responsible for a team of 150 employees managing more than 40 million square feet of assets. He will oversee NAI Capital’s division that provides property management solutions for enhancing net income and increased asset values to CRE owners. Hasserjian will also lead agency leasing efforts in SoCal. He will be based out of NAI Capital’s West Los Ageless office.
