How this Charlotte tech company is changing the game for commercial real estate investors

Chris Atkinson was appointed CEO of IMS, a Charlotte-based software-as-a-service platform used to manage commercial real estate investments, about a year ago. Today, the company says it has more than 200 clients and posted 150% revenue growth in 2017.
