Los Angeles company joins Kentucky startup accelerator

UpTech, a Covington, Kentucky-based accelerator for data-driven businesses, has announced its sixth class of startups. Coming from Israel, Los Angeles and Cincinnati, the nine startups will begin their program Sept. 5. Each will receive an investment of up to $50,000 and free office space in UpTech's Covington location, along with business support, mentors and community partners.
