[Company photo] Tampa Bay's largest public corporation by revenues, Clearwater's Tech Data Corp., has decided to stop leasing its headquarters and some other properties across the country and will buy them instead. Price tag: $156.2 million. The decision to end a lease arrangement with SunTrust Bank was noted in a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing by Tech Data. In addition to the company's headquarters facilities, located near St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport at 5350 Tech Data Drive, Tech Data is purchasing once-leased properties in Miami; Fort Worth, Texas; Fontana, Calif.; Suwanee, Ga.; Swedesboro, N.J., and South Bend, Ind.
