Veritas sells Roseville office for $25.75 million

Veritas Technologies has sold its Roseville office in a leaseback deal for $25.75 million, according to a Minnesota Dept. of Revenue real estate filing. The deal for the 136,125-square-foot space closed Nov. 14. New York City-based real estate investment trust W.P. Carey was the buyer of the five-story property.
