Smart tech helps Rudin in race to cut carbon emissions

Rudin Management Company announced that it has reduced its overall carbon emissions by 44 percent percent across its Manhattan commercial portfolio.

The milestone puts the company well on its way to meeting its long-term energy reduction goal, a 50 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) as part of the NYC Carbon Challenge, almost 10 years ahead of schedule.
