Tech-Enabled Real Estate Amenities Provider Signs WeWork Lease in DC

Tech startup TFLiving has signed a WeWork lease at 80 M Street SE in Washington, D.C.’s Navy Yard neighborhood, Commercial Observer has learned.

The two-year-old company, which is based in Pawleys Island, S.C., connects residential and commercial property owners to amenities providers who can service their tenants.
