WeWork Imminently Opening Retail Space at 902 Broadway

Coworking giant WeWork is putting the finishing touches on its second retail space, Commercial Observer found out at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ New York Deal Making conference.

The new digs span 7,460 square feet (5,300 square feet on the ground and 2,160 square feet on the mezzanine) at the Rosen family’s 902 Broadway,  a 20-story office building between East 20th and East 21st Streets.
