> Tech the Halls Nabs 136K-SF Data Center December 12, 2017 SkyWalker Property Partners, operating under the entity Tech the Halls LLC, acquired a 136,000-square-foot, Tier IV-designed data facility in Irving, TX. The property at 6001 Campus Circle W. sold for an undisclosed amount. Ryan Crabtree with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented the buyer, while CBRE’s Steve Berger represented the seller, Boston-based Fidelity Real Estate Co. LLC. The facility in the mid-1980s expanded from 40,000 square feet to its current size, and outfitted with five back-up generators totaling 8,100 KW of power. The buyer’s new property includes all electrical, mechanical and IT equipment, along with a ground lease with Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport for additional parking. “I've been watching that property for a couple years after hearing the occupant might move its data center operation to Omaha,” Crabtree said. “It's a rare opportunity because of the existing infrastructure of power and fiber.” Connect with SkyWalker Property Partners Connect with CBC Advisors' Crabtree
