As a Hosted Real Estate Owner & Operator ("you"), participating in the CREtech Meetup Program (“CREtech Meetup”) at CREtech New York 2026, scheduled to be held on October 20-21, 2026 at the Javits Center, New York City ( “Event” or “CREtech”), you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") with The News Funnel LLC, DBA CREtech (“we”, “us” or “our”). If you are completing a registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made them aware of this Agreement and that he or she has accepted these Terms & Conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR TRAVEL AND HOTEL REIMBURSEMENT UNDER THE HOSTED MEETINGS PROGRAM, BUYERS MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM CRETECH ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 8, 2026. ANY BUYER WHO RECEIVES APPROVAL AFTER SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 WILL BE ENTITLED TO A COMPLIMENTARY ALL-ACCESS TICKET TO CRETECH NEW YORK BUT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY TRAVEL OR HOTEL REIMBURSEMENT. CRETECH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE FINAL ELIGIBILITY, APPROVAL STATUS, AND BENEFIT ALLOCATION IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

These Terms & Conditions may be modified from time to time, so check back often. We will adjust the “Last revised” date at the top of this document at any time changes are made. Continued participation in the Event by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Free Tickets - Up to 4 Meetings: The News Funnel LLC will provide qualifying individuals (“Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operators”) who meet the criteria defined in Section 3 (“Qualifying Criteria”), and who attend up to four (4) 14-minute onsite meetings ("Hosted Meetings") with participating sponsors (“Participating Sponsors”) and agree to up to 4 email Mutual Match Introductions with Participating Sponsors with complimentary tickets to the Event.
   
2. Free Tickets & Travel Allowance - Up to 8 Meetings: The News Funnel LLC will provide qualifying individuals (“Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operators”) who meet the criteria defined in Section 3 (“Qualifying Criteria”), and who attend up to eight (8) 14-minute onsite meetings ("Hosted Meetings") with participating sponsors (“Participating Sponsors”) and agree to up to 4 email Mutual Match Introductions with Participating Sponsors with: (a) complimentary tickets to the Event, and (b) travel and hotel reimbursement of up to $800 per person.
   
3. Qualifying Criteria: Individuals must meet both of the following criteria to qualify as a Hosted Real Estate Owner & Operator.
   1. Individuals must be employed by companies that own, operate or manage a minimum of either 1,000 residential units or 1 million sq. ft commercial real estate. Categories of qualifying companies include Office, Multifamily, Logistics/Industrial, Data Centers, Single Family, and Single Family Rental. Condominiums, Retail and Tenant/Occupier. 
   2. Individuals must be involved in the decision-making process of selecting and onboarding new technologies or solutions for their company. Qualifying individuals include those from executive, technology, IT, sustainability, innovation, strategy, digital, finance, leasing, marketing, operations and property/facility management functions.
4. Non-Hosted Meetings: If you choose to, you can also participate in meetings that are not Hosted Meetings (“Non-Hosted Meetings”) with individuals (including other owners and operators, investors, developers, media, students and other CREtech attendees) participating in the CREtech Meetup.  Non-Hosted meetings are also based on a double opt-in process so that they are useful to everyone.
5. Availability Commitment and Meeting Times: You commit to being available for eight (8) (or fifteen (15) if you are attending up to eight (8) Hosted Meetings) timeslots as set forth below until you receive your final schedule immediately prior to the Event. Your Hosted Meetings may be spread across multiple Meeting Time Slots; they may not be back-to-back. Meeting Time Slots can be found below. 
   
6. Travel Arrangements: You are responsible for making your own travel, entertainment and accommodation arrangements. You may check with CREtech for hotel discounts.

7. Program Participation: Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operators must provide relevant information and respond to our requests by our stated deadlines as set forth in the CREtech Meetup guidelines and other communications, including:

   1. Completing a profile ("Profiles"), which includes information about your company and job role. All Profiles are subject to our review and approval.
   2. Requesting meetings with Participating Sponsors for potential Hosted Meetings, and opting in to meeting requests from Participating Sponsors.
   3. Adding Hosted Meetings to calendars.
8. Completing Your Own Hosted Meetings: We do not combine Hosted Meetings with other individuals from your organization that might also be participating in CREtech Meetup. If more than one person from your organization is attending the Event as a Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operator, each person must complete their own set of Hosted Meetings. If you are unable to attend your Hosted Meetings for any reason, you may not be eligible to receive a complimentary ticket to the Event or travel/hotel reimbursement. 
9. Cancellation & Substitutes: If you are approved as a Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operator but become unable to participate in CREtech Meetup even though you are still employed by your organization, you agree to suggest one or more substitutes from your organization as your replacement. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to our prior approval via email.
10. Notice of Employment Change: If you (a) are no longer employed by, or (b) become aware prior to the Event that you will no longer be employed at the time of the Event or after the Event by the organization upon which you were approved as a Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operator, you must let us know immediately upon your becoming aware so that we can cancel your participation in CREtech Meetup. In such cases, you will no longer be eligible to participate in Hosted Meetings or to receive a travel/hotel reimbursement or a complimentary ticket. We reserve the right to only communicate with you at your work email address, regardless of any other email address you may have provided or we may have otherwise used. 
11. Failure to Complete Hosted Meetings: If you pick up your badge onsite or otherwise attend the Event but do not complete your scheduled Hosted Meetings: (a) we will not be responsible for any costs associated with your travel or hotel and you will not receive any reimbursement, (b) your credit card will be charged for for your Event ticket per the authorization you agree to below, and (c) you may be rejected from our Hosted Programs in future years. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to prorate your ticket fee and/or your travel/hotel reimbursement calculated based on the total Hosted Meetings for which you were scheduled and that you completed. 
12. Reimbursement Process: If you agreed to attend up to eight (8) Hosted Meetings, as the final step to receiving your travel, hotel, entertainment, etc. reimbursement of up to $800, we require that you complete a short feedback form providing specific evaluations of each Hosted Meeting (we will also ask Participating Sponsors to provide feedback on their meetings with you). Please note that we will not reimburse for any mileage, points or rewards used for travel. Reimbursement is conditioned upon completing all of your Hosted Meetings and submitting the feedback survey from October 23, 2026 - October 30, 2026 and travel/hotel receipts following the event from November 2, 2026 - November 25, 2026.
13. Credit Card Details: You agree to provide your credit card information, and we may authorize a $1.00 charge on your credit card as part of your ticket registration for the Event. You also authorize us to charge the cost of your ticket at the rate of $799.00 to your credit card if you do not complete your Hosted Meetings as described in section 10 above. 
14. Qualification at Our discretion: Qualification as a Hosted Real Estate Owner & Operator is determined solely by us, and may be revoked at any time. By completing an application to be a Hosted Real Estate Owners & Operator, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
15. Mutual Match Introductions: As a Hosted Real Estate Owner & Operator, you agree be introduced by email to up to four (4) participating sponsors who (a) you expressed interest in meeting with, and (b) also expressed interest in meeting with you, and (c) you did not have a Hosted Meeting scheduled with at the Event (“Mutual Match Introductions”). Mutual Match Introductions will be made starting Friday, October 19, 2026 and no later than Tuesday, October 2022, 2026. 
    1. Although we encourage you to meet with participating sponsors you are introduced to via Mutual Match Introductions (since you both expressed interest in meeting with each other at the Event), you are not required to do so.
