📆 Event Dates and Expo Hall Hours
Everything you need to know about build-out, show hours, and breakdown — plan your travel and team schedule accordingly. You can always view the event agenda on our website.
Exhibitor Build Day
- Monday, October 19: Exhibitors can access the show floor 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Early move-in requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis
Show Days
- Tuesday, October 20 – Wednesday, October 21
Move-Out
- Wednesday, October 21, starting at 5:00 PM EST
- Early breakdown may result in a $500 penalty
- Full teardown must be completed by 10:00 PM unless GSC or EAC labor is booked

Travel Tips
- By Car: Most major roads lead directly to the Javits Center. There’s ample off-site parking available within walking distance.
- By Bike: Use Citi Bike, New York’s bike-sharing system, with multiple stations nearby.
- By Ferry: The NY Waterway ferry is a fast, scenic option from New Jersey, and drops off just one block from Javits.
- By Subway: Take the 7 train to Hudson Yards — the stop is directly across the street from the venue.

🎟️ Staff Registration Deadlines
All sponsor staff attending the event must be registered in advance using the unique code provided to you. Please refer to your contract to confirm the number of passes included with your sponsorship package.

- Deadline: Friday, September 11 (if you fail to register your team by the deadline, you forfeit your right to use your allocated sponsor passes and will need to purchase additional passes at the current rate)

🪪 Arrival & Badge Pick Up
Sponsors and exhibitors are welcome to begin arriving during exhibitor setup from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on October 19 to pick up their badge. Regular registration will begin at 8:00 AM on October 20-21.
🎤 Speaker and Content Deadlines
If your sponsorship includes a speaking slot, please review the deadlines and requirements below.
You are responsible for meeting all content and submission deadlines as outlined. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in forfeiting your presentation and exclusion from CREtech marketing and programming.

Presentation Requirements
- Format: 16:9
- Any video content must be embedded MP4 files (no external links)
- If you include animation or video, please alert megan@cretech.com so we can test for functionality
- Embed all fonts and include font files
- Bring a backup copy on a thumb drive
- This is only required if you are hosting an Innovation Stage session or demo. If you are on a Main Stage panel that is being programmed by CREtech, this is not applicable.
Main Stage Speaker Prep
- Prep calls for Main Stage speakers will be scheduled in August
- There will be no prep calls scheduled for Innovation Stage speakers
🤗 Lead Capture & Attendee List
Each sponsor rep will receive complimentary access to our contact sharing feature through the event app — think of it as a digital business card. This tool allows reps to scan attendee badges and capture key information including name, title, company, LinkedIn profile, email address, and notes.
Important: We do not share the attendee list in bulk. However, you can browse the full list of registered attendees inside the app.
Included with Sponsorship
- Badge scanning via the mobile app (individual access per rep)
- Each rep will be able to download their own post-event lead report in PDF format with all captured data
Note: Lead data is captured and stored at the individual level only. Sponsor admins cannot access or consolidate lead reports across all reps. Each rep must download their own data after the event.
Optional Upgrade
- Sponsors can purchase a full lead capture license through our badge provider
- This includes expanded attendee data such as mailing address, phone number, and additional demographic insights
- License Only Options:
- One device/booth: $300
- Two devices/booth: $600
- Unlimited devices/booth: $900
- Device Rental: $700 per License

📱Event App & Meetup Program
The official CREtech New York event app powers the Meetup Program and is where sponsors manage meetings, visibility, and onsite engagement.
App access will be provided ahead of the event. Watch your inbox for login instructions.

Meetup Program Access
The Meetup Program is open to all attendees, including sponsors, and is the primary way meetings are scheduled ahead of the event.
Sponsors are encouraged to opt in early to maximize meeting opportunities before CREtech New York begins. For full timelines and participation guidelines, refer to the Meetup Program Participant Guidelines.

🤑 Hosted Meetings (Premium Meetup Option)
CREtech’s Hosted Meetings is a premium option within the Meetup Program, designed to connect sponsors with vetted real estate decision-makers through guaranteed, high-intent 1:1 meetings onsite.
Hosted Meetings builds on the open Meetup Program by providing structured, pre-scheduled meetings aligned to real buyer intent.
Meeting Access
Hosted Meetings participation and the number of guaranteed meetings included are outlined in your sponsorship contract. If you are unsure whether Hosted Meetings are included in your package, contact megan@cretech.com.
How It Works
- Sponsors with meetings included will be scheduled for 14-minute, pre-arranged meetings during the event (number of meetings varies based on the number purchased).

Professional photographers and videographers will be onsite throughout the event to capture key moments across the show floor, stages, and networking areas.

What to Expect
- All Main Stage and Innovation Stage sessions will be professionally recorded and shared with sponsors after the show
- An edited post-show recap video will be produced and distributed
- Photos may be used in CREtech marketing, social media, and future event promotions
By attending and participating in CREtech New York, you agree to allow the use of your image and likeness for event-related content and promotion. If you are a speaker, you agree to our Speaker Release.

CREtech’s official general services contractor is CSI Worldwide. You’ll receive an email from exhibitorservices@csiworldwide.net with your login credentials.

Deadlines
- Advanced Pricing Deadline: Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST: Place your order early for discounted rates.
- Standard rates will apply after Friday, October 2. This rate also applies to shipments received at Advance Warehouse.

📄 Required Forms
All exhibiting sponsors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI). If you're using a third-party Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must also submit an EAC form.
Submit both your COI and EAC here. Deadline: September 14, 2026.

📦 Advanced Shipping, Deliveries & Freight
All inbound shipments must be processed through CSI Worldwide. Shipping labels and delivery instructions are available in the CSI online exhibitor kit. Labels must be properly attached to all freight in order to be accepted and delivered to your booth.

📹 Audio/Visual (AV) Services
Metro Multimedia is the official AV provider for CREtech New York. They offer a full range of rental and technical support services to help enhance your booth experience.

🔌 Internet & Power
Internet and electrical services are managed through the Javits Center’s JAKE portal. Complimentary basic WiFi is provided throughout the venue, but we strongly recommend ordering upgraded internet or a hardline connection for high-traffic booths or demo stations.

- Startup kiosks and most booths receive one 5 AMP power drop at no charge (check your contract!)

🍩 Food & Beverage
If you'd like to offer food or drinks in your booth to attract traffic, all catering must be ordered through Javits’ exclusive provider, CULTIVATED. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the venue and will be confiscated and subject to fines.
