Who qualifies as a Hosted Buyer?
Hosted Buyers are real estate decision-makers responsible for sourcing, evaluating, or purchasing new technologies or services.
To qualify, you must:
- Be employed by a company that owns, manages, or operates at least 1,000 residential units or 1M+ sq. ft. of commercial real estate
- Be involved in the decision-making process for selecting and onboarding new technologies or solutions
Qualified buyers may be eligible for complimentary registration and travel reimbursement in exchange for participating in Hosted Meetings.
What are Hosted Meetings?
Hosted Meetings are structured, pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings within CREtech Meetup that connect qualified real estate buyers with technology and solution providers around real buying intent.
All Hosted Meetings are double opt-in, ensuring relevance and alignment for both sides.
How do technology companies and service providers participate?
Technology companies and service providers can participate in Hosted Meetings by purchasing meeting access. This provides prioritized matching with qualified, budget-ready real estate buyers based on relevance and stated needs.
Meetings are offered on a pay-per-meeting basis to ensure focus and measurable outcomes.
How do meetings work onsite?
Before the event, participants complete a profile and request meetings. Once confirmed, meetings are scheduled in advance and added to your agenda.
Onsite, you simply check the app for your meeting schedule, arrive at your assigned table, and take part in focused 15-minute conversations designed to keep discussions efficient and on track.
How many meetings can I take part in?
The number of meetings depends on your role and participation type. All Meetup participants can take part in multiple meetings, subject to availability and mutual interest. Hosted Buyers and Hosted Meetings participants may take part in additional scheduled meetings aligned to program guidelines.
