Speaker Consent & Release

Thank you for agreeing to participate in a CREtech event. We appreciate your contribution.

By checking the box on the speaker intake form, you grant CREtech permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, biography, company name, logo, and presentation materials in connection with the promotion, marketing, recording, distribution, and replay of CREtech live events, virtual events, and any related digital platforms, including on-demand or streaming content.

This consent includes the right to record, photograph, film, livestream, and otherwise capture your participation and to use that content, in whole or in part, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional approval or compensation.

You acknowledge that CREtech may allow third parties, including sponsors, media partners, or vendors, to be present during your session and that CREtech retains sole discretion over event production and access.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, that you have the authority to grant this consent, and that you are at least 18 years old.

If you wish to withdraw consent for future use, you may do so by providing reasonable written notice. Withdrawal will not affect materials already produced or distributed.
